There are 4 Yojiya cafes in Kyoto. Among them, the hottest one is "Ginkakuji"shop.

The shop in Ginkakuji is located along "Tetsugaku-no-michi (Philosopher's Walk)" which is famous for cherry blossom and scarlet maple leaves in Kyoto, and the outward appearance is much different from the other standard cafes.

The cafe's building preserves old style and inside the cafe there is an expansive garden.
The building with this beautiful scenery was transformed into cafe.

Inside the cafe tatami mats are laid and tourists enjoy cafe time having a rest with a view of the garden. The atmosphere is really attractive and you can spend precious "time".

Yojiya cafe's charming point is not only the building, of course. Special attention is paid to the menu, too.

Yojiya cafe in Ginkakuji is different from the other cafes, because it uses Japanese old building as it was. The garden is also characteristic which creates "relaxing atmosphere" with authentic Kyoto taste when it's seen from inside the cafe.
