"Tentenyu" is a very famous Ramen restaurant for not only people love Ramen but also for the others. The soup of their Ramen has distinctive flavor. You can't taste it in other Ramen restaurants.

Their secret soup has subtle sweetness and it looks heavy taste but actually you can eat lightly.
The soup based on the vegetables and chicken has soon become popular in the ramen battleground (Ichijo-ji in Kyoto).
So now, Tentenyu has many ramen restaurants in Kansai region and Kanto region also.

Their basic and simple ramen "Chuka noodles" is very tasty, but we highly recommend "Chashu noodles (Braised Pork Ramen)". They put so many sliced roasted pork on the noodles so you can't see the noodles neither soup.

３，The secret of Tentenyu's tasty Ramen

First of all, we like to talking about their excellent soup!
Once you have the soup in your mouth, you can taste its exclusive sweetness from chicken and vegetable broth.

This soup needs 18 hours to cook!
Although it's looks like pork bone soup but actually it's completely different.
It tastes not fatty, slightly sweet and has a lot of collagen.

Also, their roast pork is remarkable. In the Chashu noodles, a pile of roast pork on the noodles will amaze you. You can put the red pickled ginger free of charge, and it goes well with their Ramen.

Furthermore, their is the original Ramen sauce on the counter.
Add this sauce to the ramen after eating the half of noodle, the taste of soup become more thick. So you can enjoy two different soup in one time.
